Because we are located here in Tamarindo, we are able to support our clients with many aspects  of local travel, adventure or relocation.

Who leads a company says a lot about it. Our team leader, Mike Duggan demonstrates excellence in his service to our clients and hosts a resume that reveals consistent dedication to excellent client service and outcomes. 

Mike Duggan, CEO

Mike is a leading resort operations specialist. His long career has been in and around hotel and resort operations, resort feasibility as well as resort development and vertical marketing programs.

Most recently, he launched a successful cottage resort complex on the Gulf Islands in British Columbia, Canada. Previously, he was the General Manager of the Nita Lake Lodge, the leading boutique hotel property in Whistler which is one of the most competitive resort environments in North America. During his tenure, this resort complex rose to number one on Trip Advisor and achieved the coveted 4-Diamond Status with AAA.

Additionally, Mike provided the start-up services and management for this property while also overseeing the opening services and operation for luxury boutique properties in Vancouver, Victoria, Ucluelet and Osoyoos, all located in beautiful British Columbia. Subsequently, each of these properties achieved the highest possible ranking on Trip Advisor.

Mike also was the lead developer of the astonishing Black Rock Oceanfront Resort in Ucluelet BC which opened in January of 2009 and has been recognized by Condé Nast as one of the top hotels in the world.

Further, Mike chaired the board of directors for the Tourism British Columbia organization, a government Crown Corporation for 5 years, from 2001 to 2006.
