Understanding the Marketplace
Our first forays into real estate here were in well-established tourist towns with products that we felt were undervalued. As the world recovered from the Covid pandemic, real estate values improved and those early investments provided excellent returns. Since then, real estate investment opportunities have grown as savvy investors begin to realize the potential of this region. 

Analyzing Demand
We also analyzed where there was strong demand for housing, but an obvious lack of product here in Guanacaste. This led us to acquire multiple locations where we could facilitate our own home development projects. In the process, we have attracted a group of industry professionals who now work with us. In turn, they provide all services required for someone to invest in or build a vacation or full-time home here in Costa Rica.
